What I do at Evotix


As a Global Director of Solutions Consultants, I play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and sales strategies but on a global scale, particularly in the context of our EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) software platforms. Leading a team of solutions consultants, I ensure we effectively understand customer requirements, articulate our technical solutions, and support the sales process across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: I oversee my solutions consulting team and working closely with my regional managers, provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure they, and the whole team, are equipped to address complex customer inquiries and demonstrate our EHS software capabilities.

  2. Collaboration with Sales: I work closely with the global sales team to  define and improve processes as well as developing strategies for penetrating new markets, understanding varied customer needs, and tailoring solutions that align with client objectives around the world.

  3. Technical Expertise: As a technical authority within our organization, I provide insights on our EHS software features and benefits while assisting in the customization of solutions to meet specific client demands in different regions. I also act as a subject matter expert creating new, and help refining and prioritising existing, product ideas into our product teams.

  4. Customer Engagement: I engage directly with key clients globally to foster relationships, conduct product demonstrations/workshops, and present technical proposals that highlight the value of our EHS technologies.

  5. Market Analysis: I stay abreast of global industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform product development and sales strategies, ensuring our organization remains competitive and responsive to market changes. I also work closely with the Marketing and Revenue Operations teams.

  6. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior leadership, I help define and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and align with our company’s overall business objectives on a global scale.

  7. Performance Metrics: I establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for my solutions consulting team, monitor our progress, and implement improvements to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness worldwide.
Overall, my role as a Global Director of Solutions Consultants is crucial in ensuring that our technical insights are effectively integrated into sales efforts, driving customer satisfaction and business success across the globe through our EHS software platforms.

Who am I?

I have worked in the EHS compliance software space since 2011 - doing varied functions in implementation, project management, account management and solutions consulting, I came into it from a technical (IT) background working in support and implementation (back in the days of physical servers rather than everything being virtual/cloud-based!).
I love being the technical bridge between regular (non-technical) people who're just trying to do their job more effectively, and those that build, configure and maintain systems that help them.
