Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Chat

You'll have a 20-minute Teams interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist. 

In this chat, we'll explore your job search journey, your interest in joining Evotix, and take a quick look at your work history. The main focus will be on getting a feel for how you'd thrive in our rapidly growing EHS&S SaaS business and how well your values align with ours.
Stage 2

Behavioral Assessment

If the interview goes well and we're on the same page, the next step will be a quick behavioral assessment. Predictive Index is an assessment tool that helps us ensure that you'll thrive here and sets you up for success if we bring you on board.

We'll explain more about this at the end of the first interview. By this stage, we're already excited about moving forward, and we want to make sure it's a great fit for both you and us!
Stage 3

Technical Assessment

Your application is at our Technical Assessment stage.  Please check your emails for communication from us! 
Stage 4

Final Interview

In the final step of our process, you’ll meet with your interviewer to discuss your experience, career goals, and fit for the role. We'll dive deeper into your expertise, how you handle challenges, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is also your chance to ask any final questions and ensure the role is the right fit for you!
