Initial Chat
You'll have a 15-minute Teams interview with our Talent Acquisition.
In this chat, we'll explore your job search journey, your interest in joining Evotix, and take a quick look at your work history. The main focus will be on getting a feel for how you'd thrive in our rapidly growing EHS&S SaaS business and how well your values align with ours.

- Stage 2
Behavioral Assessment
If the interview goes well and we're on the same page, the next step will be a quick behavioral assessment. Predictive Index is an assessment tool that helps us ensure that you'll thrive here and sets you up for success if we bring you on board.
We'll explain more about this at the end of the first interview. By this stage, we're already excited about moving forward, and we want to make sure it's a great fit for both you and us!

Meet the Hiring Manager
You’ll have a 60-minute interview with John Hulley, Data Team Lead—an excellent opportunity for us to learn more about your background, how it aligns with the role, and what you’re looking to achieve in this position.
This is your chance to showcase your experience, share how it fits with the role, and tell us about your goals at Evotix. It’s a two-way conversation—while we’re getting to know you, we want you to get to know us too. Be sure to bring your questions!

Technical Assessment
The technical assessment is next - this step allows you to take part in a hands-on session designed to highlight your expertise and problem-solving skills. You’ll work through real-world scenarios involving database design, optimization, and troubleshooting, using data like system logs or architecture diagrams to identify and fix performance bottlenecks, suggest scalable solutions, and recommend long-term improvements. This is a great opportunity to showcase your knowledge of SQL, database tuning, and cloud platforms while tackling tasks that reflect the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. Along the way, you’ll walk us through your approach and thought process, giving us insight into your technical abilities, critical thinking, and communication style. This stage helps us see how your skills align with the role and how you can make an impact on our team!

Here's your opportunity to meet with Jim Rea, CTO and Damian Hooper, Software Engineering Manager. This session is designed to dive deeper into your skills, experiences, and how they align with the role and the organization’s goals. Jim and Damian will discuss the key responsibilities of the position, explore your technical expertise, and learn more about your approach to challenges and collaboration. It’s also a chance for you to share your perspective on how you can contribute to the team’s success and make an impact within the organization.
